Today I’m joined by Grant Morgan. While most of us were busy hoarding toilet paper at the beginning of the pandemic, Grant was working on a plan to change the world. As CEO and co-founder of R-Zero, he set his sights on developing groundbreaking biosafety technology to save lives in the COVID-19 era and beyond. In less than two years, he built an all-star team and developed partnerships with over 600 school campuses, the Mayo Clinic, and the US Olympic Team. The company is now valued at over $250 million. I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about how he built this company and the leadership lessons he learned along the way.
