While studying to be a lawyer, Blaze Young (Nieuw Ruin, WA) worked part time in the front of house to make ends meet. With a rich upbringing in food, she became more and more interested in what was going on in the kitchen. After twisting her bosses arm to let her do a service in the kitchen she fell for hospitality and left the field of law behind her. Now she’s become one of the leaders in the new wave of dining in WA hellbent and sharing the sense of place on the plate.
