How to build toughness whether it be physical, mental, or emotional is something that I am often asked to address in speeches and messages. First, I believe that it's important to associate toughness with far more than that of the physical realm. Toughness is not solely defined by how physically strong you are, I believed it's defined by being able to consistently endure and come back.
