Description
David Lindell is an artist, spiritual coach, recovery coach, and a member of the Tulalip & Suquamish Native tribes. David shares his story of suffering to healing - growing up in extreme poverty in an alcoholic abusive home, getting locked up in a psychiatric facility at the age of 18, meth addiction, bank robberies, and what finally motivated him to turn his life around. He also discusses the rampant intergenerational trauma amongst the Native American population and how he has integrated Native cultural and spiritual practices into his recovery journey.
