We are joined on today’s broadcast of Hope Talks by Jeff Higgs. Jeff was born and raised in Roanoke Virginia. Then his family moved to Manassas in northern Virginia. His mom is originally from Elkton and his dad is originally from Shenandoah. Jeff moved back to the valley in 2005 after his father passed away and has lived here ever since. Jeff is a volunteer fire fighter and joins us today to share his testimony.
