Description
Get in touch with us! We’d appreciate your feedback and comments.
From my experience, the fear of failure is one of the biggest hurdles we set in front of ourselves. Unfortunately, this irrational fear can prevent us from ever achieving our potential.
The fear of failure stands in the present, but our gaze is toward the future. As a result, our minds fuel worse-case scenarios that could play-out if we commit to action. We fear the consequences of crossing bridges, and we don't even know if those budges exist.
Then there is a fear of regret when we look back at our past and can't fathom why we never took the chance. Why didn't I tell someone how I felt? Why did I not go on the trip? Why didn't I do it when I had the chance? Why didn't I spend more time with my kids? Why didn't I call my parents more often?
The 5 common regrets of people at the end of their days:
- I wish I had the courage to live a life to myself, not the life others expected of me.
- I wish I hadn't worked so hard.
- I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.
- I wish I'd had stayed in touch with my friends.
- I wish that I had let myself be happier.
