Lights Out - A popular radio show that dealt with horror and the paranormal. From 1934 to 1947, Lights Out aired on various networks and at various times. The series was eventually adapted for television.

PLOT

Two newlyweds climb to the 100th floor of a building to gaze at the cityscape and forget about the looming war headlines. They go down because they see a storm approaching with lightning, only to discover that everyone in the city is gone or missing. In Europe, a war erupted. On their honeymoon, Eve and Michael decide to take the elevator to the 102nd floor of the New York Observation Roof. When clouds, thunder, and lightning surround the Observation Roof, they look through the glass windows. When they return to the elevator, nothing happens. There is no electricity, and the phone line is dead. What went wrong?
