Today’s guest is Kayla Opperman. Kayla is an electrical engineer who transitioned to opening her own small business in Colorado. She was one of a few girls in the Engineering Department at University of Colorado at Boulder, and went on to work for six years as an electrical engineer. Kayla then decided that she wanted to be home with her family more and give back to her community. This is when she decided to pivot to a venture as a business owner. She opened a Snapology franchise and has grown to be one of the most successful owners within the franchise.
