It's a Star Wars sequel of sorts! In our "May the Fourth" What About Wednesday? episode of Kingdom Culture Conversations, we got just a bit carried away discussing Star Wars and worldviews. Therefore, today, a "part two"!
For all of the popcorn-summer-movie fun that the Star Wars franchise has produced since its unexpected success and launch in 1977, should we feel completely comfortable with the worldview that is being promoted by Luke Skywalker, Yoda, the Mandalorian, and friends? Is there a redeeming element of Christian worldview present in these movies/books/TV shows as some would suggest? Or, is there something detrimental hidden there?
