Psychologist and publican Jay Marinis is co-owner of The Scenic Hotel in the Adelaide Hills and one of the drivers of Topsoil Garden, a therapeutic horticultural project. His proposition is radical and obvious at the same time: society is broken. Jay wants to reshape it with the true spirit of hospitality as its golden, gifting thread.
