I have pulled many all-nighters in my young adult years. I often allow them to happen because I am stressed, need to feel some sense of control, or just am struggling to sleep. Here are the three things that have worked for me in the past to prevent me from pulling an all-nighter.

  • Have a plan
  • Take breaks
  • Be aware of the time
