Description

Career happiness is an important part of creating work-life balance. And for many working moms, this leads them to consider making a change in their career. But change feels scary and they got lost in the options and the “what-ifs”. The reason for this, is because they are going about the career change in the wrong way. As a coach for working moms I have a specific method I use to help my clients take the guessing game out of the job search and in today’s episode I am going to share it with you.

Topics in this episode:

  • How NOT to go about job search
  • Why you should never start by listing out your options
  • Why you shouldn’t trust your gut when it comes to making a career change
  • Where to start in the job-search process
  • How to calm down your brain when it freaks out about making a change
