Don't Be Afraid to Go Backwards First

Season 5 Episode 393 Published 3 years, 11 months ago
Description

In this episode, I am getting a little spicy as I talk about this fear that we have over going backwards in our life and business. We are constantly judging ourselves and comparing ourselves to others, so it gives us the vision and insight that stops and blocks us.

In this episode, we discuss:

1) If we are living a story on repeat, there is no strategy that will change, fix or allow us to grow.  It requires putting a spotlight on what isn't working.

2) The steps, journey and meaning of the stories only has the meaning that we give it and put on repeat.

3) "Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards." ~ Soren Kierkegaard and this quote -  "Learn to see things backwards, inside out, and upside down." ~ John Heider.  Don't be afraid to go backwards first to see what is not working, to heal what has to be healed and to own what you need to own in order to move forward in the most powerful way possible.
