Part 2 of a 2-part episode. In October 1972, Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 carrying an amateur rugby team crashed in the Andes mountains. In our previous episode I told you about the events leading up to the crash, and about the shocking things the survivors needed to do to survive. On their 17th day, things went from bad to worse when an avalanche buried the wreckage in snow. This is what happened next.
