The solution to feeling overwhelmed is SLOWING DOWN.  I know it feels like you don't have time to slow down, but you do.  You really do.  Everything will be okay.  Here's what you need to do:

  • Plan EVERYTHING for the week ahead
  • Take mini-breaks during the day where you clear your mind and think about NOTHING
