Over the years, he's completed hundreds of real estate transactions by way of financing, wholesaling, acquisition, rehabbing, and long-term investing in the Philadelphia, PA area. His deals average $500k+, so he works 4-6 rehabs per year, along with 25-35 wholesale transactions. Seeing a need in his business and in the market, Max founded Real Estate Project Solutions, a full service virtual assistant agency that provides leverage to those in the real estate industry that need it. Max shares his wealth of experience with us to help inspire others looking to grow in the real estate industry.
