Technicians are the backbone of a veterinary clinic. Between client communication, collecting diagnostics and administering therapies, their capabilities truly are amazing! Today, I welcome two amazing technicians to the podcast: Amanda Friedeck, BS, LVT, VTS (Dermatology) from Texas A and M University and Shannon Carroll from Animal Dermatology Clinic Portland. They discuss the similarities and differences between their roles at a University and private practice caring for dermatology patients.
