Tamzin Outhwaite may be best known for her role as Mel Owen on EastEnders but has never been defined by it. Her work ethic and strength of character has led her to pull focus on so many shows - Red Cap, Hustle, Hotel Babylon, The Fixer, Silent Witness, Law & Order UK, the list goes on. Away from the studios, she’s also graced the stage, performing in Grease, Oliver, Stepping out and, of course, Sweet Charity. In this episode Gabby and Tamzin discuss their meeting in the most unlikely of places, and explore how they deal with judgement, challenge, and change. Tamzin reflects on what she’s missed in life, and, crucially, what she’s got now. They are also joined by award-winning life coach Simon Alexander Ong who explains how to manage our energy levels and use that knowledge to make our lives fuller.
