I’m so excited to introduce you to my friend and client, Lou Fitz. Lou is an ex-professional anxiety sufferer turned Confidence and Anxiety Coach and we talk today about how anxiety plays out in business, a discussion so pertinent to today. 

Through a lived experience approach, Lou supports passionate, anxious individuals to find their inner confidence and lift the bar on self-knowledge by learning who they really are. She helps people understand and beat anxiety so they can own themselves authentically and show up in life without the worry.

In this episode, Lou shares her experience coming out the other side of a 20 year battle with anxiety and a 4 year battle with depression. Over the years I’ve shared parts of my own journey with anxiety and we dive a little deeper into that today as well and how it has played out in my business.
