I'm Matt! I get shit done. I see the world like a battleship game and make my moves while others are still planning. I bring teams together and remove barriers so they can focus on what they do best.

I see calm during the chaos and enjoy problem-solving at 200 mph, like in my recent partnership with NASCAR driver Colin Garrett. Picture my glorious Mohawk and "Be Awesome" logo flying down the racetrack at Darlington Speedway to help bring resources to Veterans and their families nationwide.

Simply put, I can help you solve your problems because I have 20 years of experience solving problems across many domains both in the private sector and the federal government, with an emphasis on knowledge of innovation and acquisitions in the Navy, Marine Corps, and other Department of Defense agencies.

I feel like Big Bird walking through a hallway of stormtroopers most of the time. I do things differently. It's how I was made. I can help you, and your organizations stand out in a sea of stormtroopers.

As a strategist and mentor, I understand how people/cultures think, communicate and operate. My work has allowed me to engage with many different cultures and nuances of communication worldwide, including those found within military organizations like our armed forces and the federal government.

With this knowledge, it's easy for me to build strong relationships both locally and internationally. These relationships can help you have conversations you wouldn't have had otherwise, in traditional methods or innovative practices alike. This skill set also helps me navigate inter-departmentally, removing silos in large and small organizations.
