Kyle Swafford is a member of the Robinson Franzman LLP's corporate and commercial real estate practice groups and represents clients in a wide range of corporate and real estates matters such as real estate syndication, tax implications for real estate funds and investors, joint ventures, and commercial lending.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was an International Tax Consultant II for Deloitte Tax in their International Tax Division.  Kyle also has several years of experience with both the Georgia Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service in a range of taxation matters.  Kyle lives with his wife in West Midtown with their beautiful Blue Merle Australian Shepherd named “Sadie”.
