Brian Wahby is owner of Eximius Productions which produces huge public BBQ & music festivals in St. Louis, Denver, Jacksonville and Kansas City – with more cities joining the line up along the way. These festivals feature top pitmasters from the U.S. making their BBQ available to the public. The second annual KC BBQ Fest takes place at Arrowhead Stadium the first weekend of May, 2022.
Also joining us in the studio as another co-host with Andy Groneman is Todd Johns of Plowboys BBQ. Todd is a past American Royal Sausage Champion, Pork Reserve Champion, Brisket Champion, Chicken Reserve Champion, Pork Champion, Runner-Up and of course Grand Champion.
