In this episode,  I am sharing one of my fav Brene Brown quotes: " I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through the process is the bravest thing that we will ever do."  ~ Brene Brown
 

In this episode, we discuss:

1) Embracing change and everything that life is trying to bring to us, yet we are blocked by our "stories" or our shame of what everyone else will think of us.

2) Ownership literally changes everything. We cannot change anything if we don't own it first and if we don't own it, it owns you.

3) Loving ourselves with compassion and grace through our difficult stories is truly the only way to live. It takes tremendous practice to learn how to do this, yet it is such a powerful lesson.

4) Learn to accept and maybe eventually love the lessons your story is teaching you. Don't make it about the trauma of the story, shift it to be about the lessons you've learned.
