Q&A - Broken metabolism? Struggling hitting macros? Is spot FAT reduction real?

Todays episode I'll answer the questions below...

  1. I cannot hit my macros within 5g. I’m usually too low or high or have to catch up on 50g+ of protein.
  2.  Every time I eat, I feel like I need a sweet treat after and then spirals… help!!

  5. Is my metabolism broken? Do I need to reverse before I cut when I haven't been doing anything health wise for years?
