Description
On this episode we sit down with Matt Mason who is the owner of Hooks & Triggers Coffee Company in Brockville, Ontario.
Matt talks to us about his company and how he started roasting coffee over an open campfire on an iron skillet for fun and how that pastime has grown into an actual company for him and his family.
We also talk about our joint collaboration effort on resurrecting the #RiseAndGrindEm coffee blend that GoHuntBirds had out several years ago.
