Today I’m joined by Jerry Adams. Jerry is a veteran leader in the steel industry. He’s the guy who steel mills call when they need to improve operational performance. What I love about Jerry is that he doesn’t just focus on the results, he focuses on the people. He knows that people will ultimately deliver the results when properly supported and motivated. He knows this because he’s been there. He started his career from the bottom and worked his way up. He is the founder of Men of Grit where he teaches men what it takes to make an extraordinary impact on their families, their jobs, and their communities. I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about how grit and perseverance can help us all become better leaders.
