For our fifth episode, Proof-essor Jake teaches us about the marketplace structure of the bourbon industry. We also discuss different finishing methods for bourbon. We then try two different varieties of Barrell Bourbon. First up is their Cask Strength Bourbon, which is blended with whiskey sourced from Indiana, Tennessee, and Wyoming.
