We are kicking off Season 2 with Shams, Da Homeless Hero, someone who works to represent all who are experiencing homelessness. An NYC father shares his story experiencing homelessness as a child and as an adult with his son. Shams and his family has faced numerous challenges in the foster care and homelessness system and understands the trauma of homelessness. His lived experience is part of what fuels his continued fight to end homelessness and poverty.
