Liza discusses her background in short sales and foreclosures and being a second-generation real estate investor. She wanted to help people, especially homeowners, by listening, educating, and serving them. She emphasizes that having a good relationship with them can eventually lead to sales considering she already has a big network of people in the real estate business accumulated through her 20 years.
