Description

"Hank" commissioned into the Marine Corps in 1967. He flew over 250 combat missions over Vietnam. During his time in Vietnam he flew the A-4, A-6, and served as a Forward Air Controller. During his tour in Vietnam he was awarded a Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star with a Combat "V," a Navy Commendation Medal with a Combat "V," and the Purple Heart.
