Russian tech entrepreneurs are launching an Instagram dupe–called Rossgram–to help fill the void left by this week’s block on the Meta-owned picture-sharing app*.* Canadian Pacific Railway has threatened to lockout over 3,000 employees from work this Sunday, at a time when Canada’s resources need a more efficient transportation system than ever.
