Description
Fan Mail: Tell Wendy how you're saying yes to yourself!
This week on the Love Letters, Life, and Other Conversations Podcast Jane and Wendy talk about the essential ingredients they look for in friendship. They discuss what qualities make a good friendship or that reveal a not so good one. They also share that they have different groups of friends born out of life’s seasons and circumstances and how those friendships support them in different ways.
As well, they both agree that when we are defining and seeking the characteristics we are looking for in a friend, that we are fostering those characteristics in ourselves also.
Wendy’s Takeaways
The idea of having groups of friends based on the seasons in life and groups that meet different needs in our lives.
Jane’s Takeaways
How friends can move in and out of the current handful that you are deeply connected to and you depend on to move through the seasons you are in, but that she isn't fond of friends only staying for a season, she prefers friendships with longevity.

What is a love letter?
It is a letter, a text, a poem, a direct message, a drawing, a voice message, a watercolor, a recipe, a cup of tea, a smile, a home-baked meal delivered. It's anything that connects us and makes us feel all those messy emotions, that without life would be pretty beige.
