Rachel is also a motivational speaker/trainer, a mom, wife, and author of Unf**k Your Fitness Mindset, and founder of Break Free Events. She created the Xperience Method—a global movement helping people lose weight by creating a transformation from the inside out. The method includes reprogramming using neurolinguistic programming, fitness, nutrition, and high-level accountability.

She came to this mission of helping others after her own transformation in the darkest time of her life when she overcame 5-year heroin addiction and homelessness. During her recovery, she was introduced to fitness and the power of our habits, beliefs, and mindset. She lost 60 pounds and found good health and happiness. She vowed to bring the joy that she found through health and fitness to other people’s lives.

Rachel has worked with fitness celebrities like Chris and Heidi Powell from ABC Extreme Weight Loss Edition, helping people around the world transform their lives, and has been an internationally recognized authority on weight-loss transformation.
