While doing a degree in Psychology Rosheen Kaul (Etta, Melbourne) had a part time job in the hospitality sector and was slowly being lured in by its energy. When her parents agreed she could do whatever she wanted for a career, providing she finished her degree, she saw it as an opportunity to dive head first into a career in food. After working in some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, she now landed a dream role where she gets to tell her story on the plate in one of Melbourne’s best new wave establishments.
