Magnify is the foundational text used to make a Magnify90 journey, and contains 90 days of meditations to help you grow in virtue.
Specifically, Magnify 90 is a feminine spirituality journey that relies on our commitment to strive each day to empty ourselves of worldly desires, so that the joy of God’s life within our souls fills us to the point of agape love for others.
Kaylene and I speak about the genesis of Magnify90, our connection as fellow Family members of the Apostles of Interior Life, the beauty of the feminine genius, the complementary nature of men and women, and how the Magnify90 journey has deepened Kaylene's (and my own!) spiritual journey and how it can do the same for you.
Magnify 90 takes you on a journey of 90 days in which you each week you learn from a different female saint while you seek to cultivate a particular virtue in your life. The journey itself is one which asks you to foster a deep relationship with God and others.
Magnifying the Lord as a charism is every woman's call, because it is the essence our receptivity, generosity, sensitivity, and maternity. We seek to maintain receptivity to the Will of God through growth in our interior life, while at the same time giving witness to those around us of the Good News of Jesus Christ.
In our current culture of the modern world, this is very difficult since the culture seeks to negatively influence our relationship with God. Although we must live in the world, we are called to be a light for the world, beacons of hope, a city on a hill, so the Magnify 90 journey helps you to connect with your sisters across the world by becoming more fully the saints each of us were created to be.
I pray that this conversation with Kaylene inspires and encourages you to take the challenge to make your own Magnify journey and to keep doing WHATEVER IT TAKES so that you can go about magnifying the Lord by your life as well.
