Umes focuses on Pedagogy, Instructional Design and Coaching and also has received trainings and participated in workshops in Kyoto (Japan), Manchester (England), and Oulu (Finland). He is also the founder of KtmRocks magazine which was gold for Rock and Metal music lovers of the 90s.
