I met today's guest, Dr. Gaye Lang, when we were both in the process of launching our respective podcasts and we agreed that our age was no impediment to learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
Dr. Gaye Lang is the president and founder of Workplace Restorative Practices, Inc. Her D.I.E.T strategy of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Tolerance, reduces the possibility of workplace disputes leading to lawsuits and other unfavorable outcomes.
Dr. Lang earned a doctorate in education research and cultural studies from the University of Houston. She honed her leadership and relationship-building skills while serving as the Secretary Regional Representative for the White House.  She is the author of Colorizing Restorative Justice: Voicing Our Realities, which won the Benjamin Franklin Silver Award, and of
