It was developed by Cary Ma, a medical student at the University of Alberta, in collaboration with Shirley Guan, a medical student from the University of British Columbia, and Dr. Forbes, a pediatric hospitalist, associate professor and pediatric clerkship director at the University of Alberta and Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
