Thomas Holsinger, retired detective with Henrico Police Department on the unsolved murder of Donna Hall, 18, and her boyfriend Mike Margaret, 21, outside Richmond in Henrico County, Virginia in August 1984 joins "Mind Over Murder" hosts Bill Thomas and Kristin Dilley. This brutal double homicide has sometimes been linked to the Colonial Parkway Murders. This is part 2 of 2 episodes with Detective Holsinger.
