54: The Benefits to Mini Cuts, Intuitive Eating and Eating Disorders, Macro Splits, Client Exercise Selection and Men Building Muscle Faster Than Women - Is This True?

Published 4 years, 7 months ago
Description

We chat about losing momentum and gaining that back again - we also chat about the recent floods and what we learned through experiencing that.

Q&A

  1. I am reversing, started at 1700, currently at 2000. I want to do a mini cut for 3-4 weeks, then a mini reverse for 3-4 weeks before going away for 2 months - what are your thoughts? The goal is to lose around 1.5kg before the trip, but reverse back up so calories are higher for 2 months in Europe.
  2. How do you get to a point of intuitive eating after an eating disorder?
  3. With macros - after I hit my protein goal, is there any advantage to prioritising carbs or fats?
  4. Why do you schedule specific exercises / sets / supersets for your FLFM and TWA ladies? Why do I have a different program / exercises to another lady?
  5. Is it true that men can build muscle and lose fat faster than women?
