He shares why it is important to get to know yourself better, understand your strengths, and understand how to make adjustments quicker.
Jared talks about what's important at each level of youth baseball, and how to develop a process that's going to help players make it to the next level.
We also cover why it is important to have a plan for players on what their workload is throughout the week and make sure that they’re ready to handle the workload that they're doing.
Learn the importance of finding the language that the player responds to the best and what actually makes sense to them.
