First, I offer a reorientation to various astrological cycles we've been in, sharing questions to ask yourself and ways to attune to the energy invitations we've been in. The goal here to help you know what you've been learning, identify patterns, name your stories, and recognize where you are within them. 

And then, I go through the major astrological dates and their vibes, from Nov 21 when the Sun enters Sag through Dec 20 just before Capricorn season begins. This is to help you attune to what's coming in so you can be present to it and work with how it feels.
