#45: The War in Ukraine
Published 4 years ago
Description
My guest today is Dina, a journalist. She is devastated about the war in Ukraine. “The war is cruel,” she says. “It’s unfair; it’s a threat to Europe.” We can all sympathize with her suffering over this issue, but is there a way out of it? Is it possible to stay connected and compassionate without suffering? I invite you to open your mind, get really still, close your eyes, and join me and this amazing woman as she begins to get in touch with another way.
