After spending seven years working 60 hour weeks as a journalist, Nicola felt the stressful pace and noticed her friends' rising stress levels, lack of sleep, energy and low mood too. She loved her job… BUT boy did she feel it! So, she kick started her wellbeing, trained as an aromatherapist and created effective pure blends.
