Finding a different approach to real estate investing and making it work is something not everyone can say they have accomplished. But for Cody and Christian, that's not the case! At just the age of 21, Cody had accomplished to have 81 units! Christian had the goal of 30 units by 30 but when he teamed up with Cody they bought their first 38-plex, exceeding Christians' goal by 10 units!

Instead of using traditional ways to buy properties Cody and Christian preferred to take advantage of seller finance and focus more on creating important relationships with sellers and focusing on creating a win-win solution for both parties.
