When you are trying your best to just get through the day and you just can't...when you're too tired and overwhelmed to do anything you may be dealing with depression.  This episode tells about what helped me crawl my way out of it. 

Here's what you need:

  1. Stillness
  2. Exercise
  3. Food cooked for you (not them)
  4. Self-love
  5. Decluttering - and here's why decluttering helps you:
      1. You get to decide
      2. You are taking ownership
      3. You are making space
      4. You are allowing more energy to flow in the space
      5. You are making more time for yourself
      6. It's an act of self-love
