We are a literal chain of fools on the latest edition. Iris and Gary are joined by Jerry Cortez aka Mr. Venom to discuss two films where prisoners are on the run and chained together. When two inmates escape from a prison transport, they are forced to fight opposition and their own racial tensions. Sidney Poitier and Tony Curtis star in The Defiant Ones. Then, Pam Grier and Margaret Markov make a run from their abusive and very hot prison digs to plot against a slimy pimp/drug kingpin and possibly start a revolution.
