Prof. Dr. Yubraj Sangraula is a PHD Professor of Law, the Executive Director/Principal of Kathmandu School of Law, Senior Advocate of Supreme Court of Nepal and Academic Council Member of Purbanchal University. He is also a Council Member of South Asian Institute of Legal Studies and Human Rights (SAILS Forum). Dr. Yubraj Sangraula has taught as Visiting Professor in Several Universities in Asia such as Rajibgandhi National Law University Punjab, Punjab University Law Faculty, Renmin University of China Law School, Chittagong University, and Chittagong, Bangladesh, Guru Govinda Indraprastha University Faculty of Law and Legal Studies, Beijing Communication University, China, Ehime University, Japan, Washington University St. Louis, Georgetown Law Center, USA.
