Fan Mail: Tell Wendy how you're saying yes to yourself!

This week on the Love Letters, Life, and Other Conversations Podcast Jane and Wendy talk about a quote used in Jane’s program ‘I Want More the Next 30 Years’. The quote is given to students at the start of week three and it is: 

“It takes only one event in life, then your whole life changes completely. That even it doesn’t find you. You find it by going out there and doing something, not by just sitting and doing nothing.”  ~ De philosopher DJ Kyos

They talk about;

• How a pivotal moment can truly change how you see yourself and the course of your life
• The act of ‘doing’ the thing that you are putting off, or afraid of is the way to find the courage

• Say Yes to yourself. Everything is there for you on the other side of that choice.

• She loves the thought that 'perfect is the enemy of good', and vows to live a life that is perfectly imperfect.
