WELCOME TO DAY 4 OF THE STOP THE IMPULSE TO BINGE 4 DAY TRAINING SERIES!

Does the impulse to binge for you feel like an itchy mosquito bite that NEEDS to be scratched? That’s exactly how it used to feel for me.

As much as we can prevent the impulse from arising, we still need to remember that it’s a deeply ingrained habit in the brain.

This means you need to implement certain tools when you feel the impulse to prevent you from acting on it ;)

🔥DAY 4: TOOLS TO NOT GIVE INTO THE BINGE IMPULSE

Here are a few things to consider when feeling the impulse to binge:

1. You are WAY more powerful over your binge impulses.
2. The more times you feel the impulse & not give in, the weaker the impulse becomes
3. Your body is wanting to FEEL a different way; your body is looking for a state change.

I’m gonna explain these more deeply in today’s training as well as share with you SPECIFIC tools for when you feel the impulse to binge!
